Chemfree Life Pvt Ltd follows a standard delivery and shipping policy aligned with the best practices of the direct selling and FMCG industry. By purchasing products or services through our official website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Order Payment
All orders must be fully paid at the time of purchase. Dispatch or delivery will not occur for credit, partial, or non-payments.
2. Delivery Timeline and Coverage
Products will be shipped to the provided shipping address within 3 to 12 working days across India using trusted courier partners, India Post, or hand delivery from our fulfillment centers.
3. Single Destination Delivery
Each order will be shipped to a single delivery address. To ship to multiple addresses, customers must place separate orders or pay applicable extra charges.
4. Dispatch Schedule
Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Online tracking info will be shared through your customer portal after dispatch.
5. Policy Changes & Notifications
Chemfree India reserves the right to modify its delivery policy anytime without notice. Updates will be posted on the website and/or through official channels like WhatsApp or email.
6. Delay and Exception Handling
In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed up to 30 working days due to third-party issues. Customers will be informed via website, WhatsApp, or calls. If undeliverable, customers may request a refund or choose an alternative product.
7. Damaged or Tampered Packaging
If packaging is damaged or tampered with, refuse the delivery and contact our support team immediately. Valid claims will be addressed under our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Invoicing and Return Charges
All shipments include invoices as per Indian tax regulations. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in our return policy.
